Tennis court in Zell-Kaimt
The TC Zell has a total of three clay courts and a clubhouse. The pitches are centrally located in the sports center of Zell (Mosel), right next to the Zell adventure pool in Zell-Kaimt. Guests are very welcome on the tennis courts of the Zell (Mosel) tennis club.
You can get the key for the tennis courts, as well as rackets and balls upon request, at the pool reception (price for court hire = €10.00/hour). If you have any questions about tennis in the Zeller Land, please contact Dirk Muscheid, 1st Chairman of the TC Zell.
Canoe and kayak rental in Zell (Mosel)
At the camping park in Zell-Kaimt you have the opportunity to rent canoes and kayaks and explore Zell (Mosel) from a completely different perspective - directly from the water.
There are five canoes for up to 3 people, two kayaks for 2 people and three kayaks for 1 person available for rental.

Sport events in Zell (Mosel)
Various sporting events take place regularly in Zell an der Mosel. At the Mittelmosel Triathlon in early summer, amateurs and professionals compete in the water, on the bike and while running. Individual athletes and relay teams run through the old town of Zell during the Advent run in December.
The shooting club also offers guest shooting and the little townsfolk from Zell and the surrounding area daringly compete in the Bobbycar race. The event calendar of the city of Zell (Mosel) will inform you about these and other events.
Gym in Zell-Barl
Young and old train in the 'HILL FITNESS' studio on the high-altitude district of Barl. From early in the morning until late in the evening you have the opportunity to do your workout here either individually or with the support of a trainer.

Sports ground
In the south of Kaimt is the Zeller sports ground, the "Kalli-Hartmann-Stadion". Here the Zeller football teams play their home games. Other sports events organized by schools and clubs also take place here on a regular basis.
Only a few years ago, the artificial turf of the Zell sports field was completely renewed. The sports ground is located in the sports center in Kaimt, in the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool, the rowing club and the tennis courts.

In Zell-Barl, the ballet, dance and movement school run by owner Isa Schössler offers a wide range of dance and movement courses to anyone who is interested.

Erlebnisbad Zeller Land
Bathing fun for young and old awaits you in the Zeller Land Erlebnisbad, located in Zell-Kaimt, in the immediate vicinity of the tennis and sports fields and the Römerquelle mobile home park.
It has an indoor pool with three pools, an outdoor pool and an outdoor baby pool. Visitors can really let off steam on the 1 and 3 meter boards and the slide!

The Erlebnisbad Zeller Land will close on May 1, 2024 at 6 p.m. so that it can be rebuilt at the same location as a sustainable and climate-friendly swimming and leisure facility with a predicted construction period of around 3 years!
